United States Coast Guard Academy Alumni Association Mentoring

Anyone who has ever participated in a mentoring relationship knows how rewarding an experience it can be for both the mentor and the individual being mentored. Learning directly and one-on-one from someone with "real-life experience" is the best way for most people to gain knowledge.
