Bill Earle, ’40
Captain William K. Earle (Ret), ’40, left an incredible legacy of service when he passed away in March of 2006. During his 29 year active duty career, he: served aboard nine ships and commanded six of them. He was the Executive Director of the USCGA Alumni Association and Editor of The Bulletin from 1971-1981. This tribute appeared in the August 2006 issue of The Bulletin.
