In Memoriam

 


The Alumni Association offers the service of notifying classmates of a fellow classmate's death.  A notice is sent to the class year of the deceased, as well as to the preceding and following classes.  In addition, notification is made online through the In Memoriam Group page (log-in required).

If you wish to get a notice to your loved one's classmates, please fill out the form by clicking on the link below.  Or you may provide Nancy McDonald the following information at nmcdonald@cgaalumni.org or call 860. 442. 2683 ext. 27.

Information required:
  • Name of Alumni or spouse of Alumni
  • Date of Death
  • Obituary if possible
  • Place of death
  • Funeral service information
  • Burial service information
  • Surviving members (spouse, children ) with address for condolence letter
  • Donations in memory of to specific charity with address information
