A Conversation with the Director of the Institute for Leadership

On November 5, Alumni Association Board Member CAPT John Maxham, USCG (ret), '66 sat down with the Institute for Leadership's Director Dr. Jonathan Jefferson to discuss the Institute's role at the Academy and their efforts to define and assess the development of cadets into "leaders of character."  A transcript of the interview was published in the December 2013 Bulletin.
